Kim Truong
Kim’s journey into movement began in 2016 with yoga, sparking a lasting passion for wellness. After experiencing chronic back pain, her doctor recommended Pilates, which played a crucial role in her recovery and deepened her commitment to wellness. She later expanded her training to include Mat and Reformer Pilates, further enriching her ability to guide others.
Known for her engaging teaching style and seamless transitions, she empowers students to feel strong, confident, and energized through a blend of yoga and Pilates.
Kim founded Ki Movement Studio with a vision to create a welcoming space where movement fosters physical, mental, and emotional growth. Her goal is to help students build strength, flexibility, and body awareness, while nurturing a supportive community and inspiring a joyful, empowering practice.

Kim is fluent in four languages and has traveled to over 29 countries across the globe. -

Irina Lytchak
Irina is a passionate movement specialist who helps individuals build strength and stability through mindful, intentional exercise. After using Pilates to recover from scoliosis and lower back issues, she developed a deep appreciation for the transformative power of movement.
She holds a Lagree certification and completed her Pilates training through Body Harmonic and Nice Day Pilates, giving her a well-rounded foundation in strength-based and mindful movement practices.
Her classes focus on core strength and full-body stability, delivered with a gentle yet empowering approach. She strives to create a compassionate environment where clients of all levels feel supported, encouraged to connect with their bodies, and inspired to reach their personal goals.
Fun Fact about Irina:
Irina is an avid baker! She absolutely loves making sweet treats for family and friends and from time to time, she’ll even make a three-tiered wedding cake! -

Halle Crawford
Originally from the beautiful island of Trinidad and Tobago, Halle has always had a deep love for fitness and movement. Her journey with Pilates began after dealing with persistent lower back issues and limited flexibility. Through consistent practice, she found healing and strength, which inspired her to become a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor.
She completed her Mat and Reformer certification through Muse Movement, where she built a strong foundation in mindful, effective movement. Her teaching style blends classical and contemporary Pilates, with a focus on improving flexibility, stability, and overall body awareness.
Halle is known for her warm, uplifting energy and naturally friendly presence that makes clients feel comfortable from the moment they meet her. She’s passionate about helping people feel strong, supported, and confident in their bodies, no matter where they are in their wellness journey.

Halle has a deep love for dogs and would love to open a dog shelter in the future. -

Nelca Barakova
Nelca is a certified Pilates mat and reformer instructor with pre/postnatal training. Her main focus as a teacher is to look beyond the standard fitness views, and more at how movement makes us feel – physically, emotionally and mentally.
With your goals in mind, she will help you find joy in movement by developing awareness and building a strong relationship through sustainable movement. She will focus on how movement makes you feel as opposed to how it makes you look, removing any traditional expectations of “fitness”.You will tap into movement in different dimensions, do some weird things, learn some Pilates classics, and hopefully laugh along the way while finding curiosity in movement together.

Christina Williams
Christina is a certified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, personal trainer, and holistic wellness coach. Her classes blend strength training principles with mindful Pilates flow, helping clients build deep, functional strength while feeling grounded, connected, and confident in their movement.
A lifelong mover, Christina’s movement journey began in childhood athletics (gymnastics, track & field and competitive cheer) and dance before evolving into a passion for Pilates and whole-body wellness. Christina began practicing Pilates after sustaining a shoulder injury, to regain mobility and get back to strength training- before deciding to pursue a career sharing the practice with others. She’s worked with everyone from busy professionals to corporate teams, always emphasizing mobility, posture, and sustainable results over quick fixes.
Fun Fact about Christina:
Christina used to compete in pageants like Miss Galaxy, Miss West Indian Canadian and Miss Universe Canada—a chapter that taught her grace under pressure, confidence on and off the stage, and how to own her sparkle. -

Catherine Yeh
Catherine is a passionate Pilates instructor, comprehensively certified with BASI™ (Body Arts and Science International), with a strong foundation in contemporary Pilates. She completed her Mat and Reformer training at TYC before advancing her studies with BASI, deepening her approach to movement education.
Her classes are dynamic, balanced, and thoughtfully designed to build strength, flexibility, and alignment. With a background in teaching yoga, she brings a sense of flow, control, and seamless transitions to every session.
Catherine places a strong emphasis on mindful movement and cultivating a deeper mind-body connection. Her calm and supportive presence creates an environment where clients feel both challenged and encouraged.
Her goal is to offer a welcoming space where everyone can thrive, improve their physical well-being, and leave each class feeling stronger, more confident, and refreshed.

Catherine almost failed high school phys-ed, but here she is, teaching Pilates and helping others fall in love with movement! -

Erika Suarez
Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Erika brings a unique blend of expertise as a professional dancer, social anthropologist, and Pilates instructor to her movement-based wellness sessions. Her deep curiosity about the connection between movement, the body, and its environment was sparked by her thesis on corporal studies and dance in the Colombian Caribbean.
Awarded the prestigious "Young Talented Artists" scholarship, Erika also completed an artistic residency in contemporary dance in Madrid, Spain. After moving to Toronto in 2017, she danced professionally before injuries led her to discover Pilates.Erika is comprehensively trained in Mat and Reformer Pilates, including CCB, and is also certified in Pre and Postnatal Pilates. She works with a wide range of clients, from those recovering from injuries to individuals with osteoporosis or arthritis, as well as dancers, athletes, and beginners. She tailors each session to empower her clients, blending her passion for movement with a holistic approach that nurtures both body and mind.

Amy Chow
Amy is a certified Reformer Pilates instructor whose journey has taken her through many fitness styles—from weightlifting to bootcamps—but nothing resonated like Reformer Pilates. It was the first method that felt truly fulfilling, both physically and mentally. Drawn to its emphasis on presence, control, and intentional movement, Amy brings a blend of classical and contemporary Pilates to her teaching, often incorporating her favorite prop—the ball—for added creativity and challenge.
Originally teaching in Montreal, she’s now excited to share her passion with the Toronto community. Amy finds purpose in helping clients push past their limits and leave class feeling empowered and proud. She believes real change happens outside of our comfort zones, and she’s there to support every step. For her, teaching isn’t a side hustle—it’s a true passion. From planning flows to watching clients grow stronger and more in tune with their bodies, Amy brings heart, energy, and intention to every class.

Amy grew up on the beautiful island of Barbados. You might occasionally hear her Bajan accent slip out during class and don’t be surprised if you hear a little Soca or Dancehall playing to bring some Caribbean energy into the room! -

Dee Gray
Dee is a yoga and Pilates facilitator who has been leading group wellness classes across the GTA since 2016, with a primary focus on yoga including vinyasa, prenatal, postnatal, yin, and restorative practices. Pilates became a natural extension of her movement journey in 2021, as she looked to build greater strength and stability to support her yoga practice. Since then, Dee has completed Contemporary Mat Pilates, Reformer, and CCB training.
With years of experience in the wellness industry, Dee brings depth, confidence, and intention to every class. Her knowledge is reflected in her thoughtful sequencing, clear cues, and ability to guide clients in a way that feels both supportive and effective. She is also deeply committed to continued growth, and is always seeking out new trainings, workshops, and learning opportunities to refine her craft and expand her knowledge.
Dee aims to offer classes that build strong foundations, strength, and confidence, while helping students develop a deeper connection to both their physical body and inner intuition.

Dee can devour a novel in just a day or two, and she also has an incredible singing voice. -

Colette Wright
With 15 years of personal Pilates practice and a background in interior design, Colette brings a unique perspective on movement, alignment, and spatial awareness to each class.
Focused on building core strength, control, and mindful movement, she helps clients develop stability and confidence both on and off the reformer. Her classes flow seamlessly, with thoughtful sequencing that feels both intentional and energizing, always paired with a great playlist to keep you motivated and moving.
Passionate about making Pilates accessible for all levels, Colette creates a welcoming environment where clients feel supported, challenged, and inspired. She is excited to share her love for this transformative practice with the studio community.

In an effort to make her Love Island viewing more educational, Colette has been doing postural analysis on the contestants. -

Therese Hadfield
Therese is passionate about making the movement experience exploratory, safe and invites people to become curious about their bodies. Since the age of 4 years old, she has always wanted to move her body, through dance, sports and wellness.
Having completed a comprehensive training with Muse Movement, she blends expertise with a deep understanding of anatomy, ensuring that movers are safe at every level.
She is deeply curious about how the body works and is always wanting to expand her knowledge. She believes that each body is unique and wants to create classes that help those find a deeper connection to themselves.
Therese also lead soundbath and meditation session.

Therese has ranked in the top 3% in NA playing competitively in her favourite video game. -

Sarina Moledina
Sarina has been on her movement journey since the age of 3 – starting with ballet and gymnastics, Sarina has also danced jazz and Acro and cheered competitively for over 15 years, loving every minute on the dance floor or the mat.
When her corporate job brought her downtown, Sarina discovered her love of Pilates and started practicing at studios across the city. With a foundation built in full-body integration and healing through movement, Pilates was a great challenge for Sarina, helping her grow strength and confidence while helping her connect to her body, and work through injuries.
Sarina is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and respectful environment where everyone feels supported. Expect dynamic classes designed to challenge and strengthen. With layered movements and options for all levels, you’ll leave feeling taller, more balanced and empowered. She is certified in Mat, Reformer, CCB, Pre & Postnatal.

Adel Silver
Adel Silver is a certified Mat, Barrel, Chair, Cadillac, and Reformer Pilates instructor with over 8 years of experience helping clients of all ages/gender to improve their functional movements. Her approach ensures safe, effective progress toward achieving their goals.
Adel’s teaching blends classical Pilates principles with creative, contemporary approaches, ensuring engaging and enjoyable sessions. Passionate about the mind-body connection, she believes Pilates not only builds core strength, flexibility and posture, enhancing your daily life, but also fosters confidence and mental well-being.

Adel can’t eat any desserts without a cup of black coffee by her side! It’s her perfect pairing and it’s non-negotiable! -

Joyeeta Nehrin (Joey)
Joyeeta discovered Pilates through her own rehabilitation journey from various knee injuries and quickly became passionate about its ability to restore and strengthen the body. As a trained mat and reformer instructor, she offers dynamic classes designed to challenge and build strength, with layered movements and modifications to support all levels. Her sessions focus on functional movement, helping students develop a deeper connection with their bodies while improving mobility, stability, and getting a good sweat.
Joyeeta believes that movement is a continuous learning journey and is excited to keeping exploring Pilates alongside her students. She is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible space where everyone feels empowered to move, grow, and discover what their bodies are capable of. As someone who discovered a love for movement later in life, she is excited to create a Pilates practice that keeps community, health and well-being at its centre.

Phoebe Lam
Phoebe is a passionate Pilates instructor with a degree in kinesiology and physical education. As a certified mat and reformer Pilates instructor, Phoebe has always been devoted to physical activity and holistic wellness. From playing various sports to competitive cheerleading at the University of Toronto, movement has always been a significant part of Phoebe's life.
Phoebe discovered Pilates and instantly fell in love with its creativity, low impact, and the profound mind-body connection it fosters through each exercise. With a goal to create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, she is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals while enjoying every moment. Jules Smorodina
Jules discovered her passion for movement at a young age, growing up in an athletic family and exploring a wide range of disciplines from CrossFit to boxing. Her curiosity for how the body moves naturally led her to Pilates, where she found a powerful and balanced approach to building strength.
She believes Pilates is a transformative practice that strengthens the body while deepening the mind-body connection. Through slow, controlled, and intentional movement, Jules helps clients activate often-overlooked muscles, improve posture, and move more efficiently in their everyday lives.
Her classes are designed to be both challenging and accessible, offering a full-body workout that builds strength, stability, and control. With a focus on proper form and mindful movement, she creates a supportive environment where clients can feel confident pushing their limits.
Jules’ goal is to guide clients through safe, effective, and engaging sessions that leave them feeling stronger, more balanced, and energized for whatever their day brings.
